Dear Reader,

Positive Ealing started as an idea to support the people of Ealing. I look up to those in our community who show kindness, mindfulness and compassion. That is what I want this website to echo: the spirit of Ealing, the professionals who shape it and support the well-being of everyone who lives here.

At times, I struggle to be productive. There’s something foundational about pausing my work, being outside and watching the rhythm of Ealing around me.

A walk through Ealing, whether under a grey winter sky with a coffee from a local café or strolling past familiar streets, always feels calming. When summer arrives, our parks come alive, especially Haven Green, where I love to sit with friends and soak up the soft sunshine. Ealing always carries a sense of possibility.

My hope for Positive Ealing is to help improve the mental well-being of our community. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had honest conversations with nine experts who shared their career stories, experiences and transformative advice, all to support the well-being of our community.

I’m grateful for their time, and I hope their voices bring you encouragement and practical support.

It’s been a pleasure putting this website together, and I’m excited to share it with you.

All the best
